A Diverse Background
Prior to his current endeavors, Dr. Schwall spent two decades at Bayer AG, where he held various roles across research, regulatory affairs, and marketing. His journey began as a plant physiologist and biotechnologist, conducting groundbreaking research at esteemed institutions such as the University of Freiburg and the University of Adelaide. Dr. Schwall’s passion for innovation led him to manage several startup companies in plant biotechnology and vegetable seeds before transitioning to roles in biotechnology and breeding with a German company. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including maize, vegetables, and canola.

With experience spanning both Germany and the USA, Dr. Schwall brings a global perspective to his work. His diverse background and deep understanding of international markets uniquely position him to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions.
